I called just after to holiday to find out the cost of cleaning my dog's teeth. I was told I would receive a call back and an estimate. Nobody ever called. I called again yesterday. I was left on hold for 15 minutes. When someone came to the phone, she was still not able to give me a cost and I was told that they would call me back. I was also told that I couldn't bring Pappi in for teeth cleaning without first having a separate appointment for the vet to examine him. He just received an exam and updated shots last month. When I asked why I had to pay for a separate appointment she replied, "you can't just dump him here." Her tone was rude. I was considering changing vets but Colonial will definitely NOT be on my list to consider. The vet should speak to his employees about their attitude. They just lost one customer...and who knows how many more.
