Roy is a complete cheat and a liar. He pretends to be nice but steals your money. He owes us over $4000.00 dollars. He collects the rent but does not give it to the owners. He never told us about the tenant?s problems. Our tentant said he raised the rent and he never told us to keep the difference. They said he promised to take care of all the repairs he never did so, and will have to pay for all the repairs our selves when we could of had the builder fix them under warranty. He says that the tenant is late, but he is the one that is robin peter to pay paul. He has become our worst nightmare, we keep finding new things out from the tenants and Provo property managers, like, he states that the tenant left early and he keeps all of the rent, or says it vacant and collects the rent for himself when the old tenant leaves. We are now investigating that since he said our tenants left early and it was vacant for about 6 months, he could owe us 6000.00 more on top of the 4000.00. DO NOT WORK WITH ROY VOEKS!!!
