Came here for lunch during restaurant week. For appetizers, we had the Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Dressing and Rock Shrimp Tempura with Creamy Spicy Sauce. For the main dish, we had Broiled Black Cod with Miso and Beef Teriyaki with Pepper Sauce. Dessert was a Gingerbread cake with Ginger and Caramel Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate sauce. Sashimi was two pieces of seared tuna, field greens, and caviar; a bit salty but then fish eggs are salty: it was good. Shrimp was surprisingly plentiful; good taste but not spicy. Cod was good but a little too sweet. Beef was okay but very soft; cooked medium. The dessert was good. The ginger bread was not overpowering. Ice cream was good. The sauteed bananas in the dessert were cold. Service was prompt. Overall a good experience but I expected more from Nobu. Decor was okay. Bathrooms were not as nice as some other fine restaurants. The place is not that big. For some reason, I expected a large restaurant.
