I wanted to take the time to follow up from your technicians visit to my home to clean my carpets. Jairo Cruz came with a helper Gairo and together they did a most excellent job. They introduced themselves, and explained exactly how things would be done. They were very professional and courteous, and clearly communicated the process to me. I was very pleased with the results, especially since there was no drying time and I could walk on the rugs right away. I'll recommend you to all my friends.
