Migeul Polo was very professional and kind. I felt comfortable with Miguel and his assistant in the house. As for the carpet it looks like new. We are very happy with the result and we also bought the extra powder so that we can maintain this level of cleanliness between cleanings. This did not take very long and the oder from the powder was not overpowering. I will be using Carper Drycleaners in the future.
