Carpet Dryclean did a fantastic job staying in touch with me before my appointment and after. Earl called in the morning and about a half hour before Carlo showed up at the house. After the carpets were done Preston called to make sure everything went well. I must say that the high level of customer service these guys give is not seen very often. Plus the carpets looked fantastic! Great job Carlo and Jose!! I would definitely recommend Carpet Dryclean. They made everything easy for me.
