The crew came on time, was pleasant and did a great job. A heavy, large stain in the living room carpet (did not know what is was and how it got there as it was in the carpet since we moved in) came out effortlessly by Migue Polo using the cleaning powder. I espacially liked the carpet cleaning product, no water, no mess and dried up within 15 to 20 minutes. Great stuff! I bought a container of it to keep on hand for spot cleaning.
