Had our tile installed about 6 months ago. They sent a team of 4 guys with a young boy. He was the only one that spoke English and was the tile cutter. He was probably about 7 or 8 years old. The tile job was very poor. Grout was cracking and unlevel within days. Tile was very unlevel and they left carpet untacked with nails sticking up which my 1 year old cut himself. After about 5 attempts to have someone show up which no one did we got in touch with the district manager who did show up. He agreed that this was poor work. His exact words were he has been having problems with this installer and this was very sloppy work. The head install lady told us Carpet Mills only gives the jobs out after that they are not responsible for who comes out. District manager said he would send someone out with 4 boxes of tile to try and fix the work. This still has not been done. I used 3 vacation days waiting on them to come out and I told them I could not take off anymore and the job would have to be done on the weekends. The last time the head lady told me she would be out with the guys on a sat at 8:00am, no one ever showed up. Good luck if you use them
