The owner of this grooming salon, Gloria, is really not into customer service. Never in my life has somene been so rude. When I came to pick up my dog she was on the phone being rude to a customer, and after she hung up with the customer she kept going on and on about how stupid he was for bothering her, and how I was ""Lucky"" that she was able fit my dog in. She never even said thank you. She could care less about treating my dog in a humane way, she carried him out from the back room like he was some kind of stinky wild animal. I still believe customer service is essential at any store I spend my money and, and I will never, EVER spend my money there are at the retail shop attached to her salon.
