1) On the phone, they said the service call was $60, when the tech got there ge said it was $100
2) Not only did they charge $100 in labor for a 20 minute repair, they charged another $190 for a part that I later found out costs $55
3) Tech was rude, and did a poor job. He defrosted the fridge coils by POURING water over them. Although I provided 13 big towels, I was left with water under my baseboards, under the oven, and all over the floor. Tech wouldn't even help me move the oven to get the water out! I was on my hands and knees nearly the whole time cleaning up his mess, and he left before it was even done!
4) Called to speak with a manager, and they never returned my calls. I tried contacting them five times, and no one would call me back.
5) When I first called and got a customer service rep right after the tech left, I said that I need to pay with a credit card instead of the check I left because I didnt have $300 (what they charged for the simple repair) in my checking account. She assured me it was ok, they wouldnt cash the check. She said a manager would call and talk to me and take my credit card number. They cashed the check anyway, sending me into overdraft, and the manager never called!
Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Overpriced, terrible service, misleading pricing on service calls...overall just horrible!
