The moment I walked into Active Body Pilates I knew I had found my studio.\r
The Studio has all the equipment to offer a variety of exercises, and props\r
to allow group classes. Jana is enthusiastic and has such a great sense of\r
humor it makes Pilates that much more fun. Who knew you could have a\r
great time while engaging your core!! Now I can and I am hooked! I highly\r
recommend Jana to all levels looking for an excellent quality of instruction.\r
