I rented an apartment and lived there for the nine months. About December when it was really getting cold, the inside of my apartment was not much warmer, sure they are very nice inside but the windows leak cold air like they were not even there.... I asked them for help, maybe put plastic over the windows but when the strong winds blew the leaks were so bad it blew down the plastic!. When it warmed up then came the insects, I talked to the front office and at first there was a token effort to spray, but it was after three weeks and they were not very affective nor did they care. I complained some more and more token efforts and they NEVER did get rid of the insects, very frustrating. After I moved out they of course kept $50 for renting a second garage that I had turned in the keys well before the end of the month. A warning to you, if you do business with them, make sure you get receipts for EVERYTHING.

Cons: insects, drafty windows, cold air leaks everywhere
