This store either has the worst customer service I have ever seen, or they are outright thieves. I ordered 2 light fixtures on Oct. 27, 2007 and paid a $48 deposit. I was told that they would be in in a few days and that I would be called when they were in. I have never received a call from Logan Electric. I have called them repeatedly and was always told that the fixtures were not in yet. On Nov. 28, 2007, I was told that they were ""in transit."" On Jan. 5, 2008, I went into the store. I was told that the fixtures were not in yet but they would be in in a week (yeah, right!). I said that I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund of my deposit. If the fixtures really did come in in a week, I would be happy to come in and pay for them. They refused to refund my deposit and kept insisting that the fixtures would be in in a week. In the extremely unlikely event that I ever receive the fixtures, I'll update this review.
Pros: I don't know of any
Cons: They take your money, never give you anything, and won't issue a refund (that was my experience anyway)
