Absolutely outstanding! I have dined in Japanese restaurants all across the US, Europe and Japan. Taka is one of the very best I have ever experienced in the United States and equal to the best in Japan. If amazing fresh sushi is what you are looking for, Taka is the place. If you want to skip the bad music, attitudes and mega rolls go to Taka.
Pros: The fish. The best in SD.
Cons: It is a small restaurant so seating can be an issue.
