I have just called from London, England to book a taxi for my boss who is at a meeting in West Hartford and had to call three times as they kept hanging up, spoke to two members of staff and had to speak ""verrrrry veerrry slowwwly"". I was told ""we cannot understand you!"" even though I am calling from England therefore we both speak the same language! I have no idea if my boss's taxi will actually turn up or not! Rude!
Cons: Rude staff, so ignorant as was told ""we cannot understand you"" even though I am English!
