I have revisited this restaurant several times in hopes that it will live up to the reviews on this site. While I appreciate the ""indie attitude"" and creative menu, the service is consistently lackluster. Today's visit required more than 20 minutes to get the bill, after at least three employees, including the owner, saw me holding my credit card. Food quality was good, but did not knock my socks off, and the place is just not clean -- it took one of the staff at least an hour to mop a 10 foot area of floor and another never picked up salt & pepper shakers when cleaning the tables. I am a proponent of supporting independent establishments, but find that this restaurant shares many of the worst qualities with restaurant that inspired it -- Cafe Brazil.
Pros: 24-hours, interesting menu
