I called to get an estimate last week. The guy came out and did the presentation. I liked the windows and all but they started off at 9,000 for 9 windows. They came down to 5,000 which was still more than I was wanting to spend. I told him I just wanted to check around on pricing with other companies. They were the first ones I had called. He became very iritated and began slamming things around and told me it was a waste of his time to come to my home. He made me feel threatened in my own home. I would not recommend them. I ended up using another company with the same quality windows for half the price. And they were no haggle. Very professional and curteous. Right on time for everything. Check around before you get suckered in. They start off really high then drop down to still high but try to make you feel like you are getting a deal

Cons: Ridiculous pricing, rude salesman, not a good deal
