I go to the bistro about 4-5 times a week because i am in love with their Sleepy Monk coffee (Oregon made in Cannon Beach!). Their food is not cheap, but pretty tasty, and the restaurant is cute. I've met the owner a number of times, he's a nice guy. One of the waiters always call my husband and I ""ladies"", which is quite bizarre being as he is clearly not a lady! The close between 3 and 5 pm, which has been inconvenient a number of times, but they let you sit and chat for hours after your coffee is gone, and won't shoo you out. It does get busy around lunch and dinner time, but they seem to get people seated quickly enough.
Pros: great coffee, relaxed, nice building, good food
Cons: occasionally odd waiters, somewhat spendy
