I used to love Plato's Closet, but they have gone downhill. I have taken in designer items (well, their version of designer tends to be Abercrombie, American Eagle, etc... aka not my version of designer!) in that had been worn once or twice, no problems no stains no tears. Either they won't buy the item. Or they will want to give you $1 for the shirt you paid $50 for. I don't think so. Plus they are SO rude and snotty, like they have room to act that way. They work in a consignment store for goodness sake!
Pros: if you are looking for an outfit for a sorority party (white trash for example) this is a good place to look
Cons: customer service, their buying policy, the clothes they sell
