I first called them in early December, they finally picked up my 53"" TV just after Christmas and I haven't seen it since. They never call when they say they will, I have to call repeatedly to get information! I think they are terribly disorganized and would never recommend them. They are listed as an authorized Mitsubishi repair place on the mitsubishi web site - I think I need to tell Mitsubishi to de-list them!
