The owner is the most hypocritical person I have ever met in my life. All she does is talk about what a christian she and her family is and then all I hear is her gossiping about her clients and her own employees one after the other. I can't stand her whiny voice and I now have my stylist do my hair at her house. Yes everyone gossips, it's human nature, but it's is totally unprofessional to bring that into the workplace. I think someone should teach her some Leadership 101.
