I would warn anyone before joining this gym. I joined their San Marcos location only January 9, 2008 for $158 for a year long membership. On January 21st I went to the gym and they were closed. They were kind enough to leave a flyer telling me a different gym would honor my contract.Basically they sold me a membership to a gym they knew they were selling without telling me. They also sold my private information to this ""new"" gym without my knowledge or permission. The ""new"" gym was a co-ed gym which was not what I had signed up for. I confronted the owner Mike at the Poway location for 4 Women Only and he basically told me he couldn't refund my money and that I could go through my credit card company and report it as fraud. He was smug and rude and laughed at the confrontation as if there was nothimg I could do to him . DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !! They only look out for themselves.
