I haven't been in every furniture store in Atlanta, but have made the rounds of quite a few, and I like Americana the best. Their furniture is good quality and of course, if what you want is not in their showroom, they can probably get it for you. I always enjoy browsing there. Besides furniture, I enjoy looking at the wall tapestries they usually have for sale.
Pros: Great service, parking lot, good-sized showroom, convenient location, not part of a mall
