We got solid/expected customer service (returned calls, on-time for appointments, etc.) before the installation and the crew that did the install job did a great job, were clean, curteous, etc. And overall we're pretty happy with our closet for the price we paid. But we've had two problems and they're not even returning our phone calls, or when they do ""they have to talk to the owner and will call back""... and don't. Almost feel like now that they have our money, we don't matter any more.
