I went in the other day on my lunch hour and ordered a burger, i am not a big fan of bleu cheese which is what the burger normally comes with, but the staff was great and allowed me to customize my burger and it was fantastic! Better than any 6 dollar burger i've ever had if you know what i mean.
Pros: food tastes great, excellent when catering for business meetings too.
Cons: i go a few times a week and it seems like you have to go only when a certain cook is working.
