I agree with the last review. My fiance and I went in to look at rings and were quoted one price. We left to think about it. He was called every week by the sales lady and the price kept going up to almost 2 times the original quote. Since the ring is very hard to find he was forced to go there. He had the correct style number and a printed picture of the ring. He paid in full and they ordered it. A few weeks later we go to pick it up and its not even close to the same setting he ordered. The sales lady showed us the printed picture that was attached to the order.. yep thats the right one. I pointed out that she had ordered a different style number and she dissagreed telling me she couldn't see the different. Pardon me? One was a round cut setting and one was princess cut for starters. She protested then reluctantly agreed to re-order. I just called to check on it and was given major attitude because I didnt know the exact date the re-order was sent in. Thats why I called in the first place. What a majorly unprofessional attitude. She put me on hold forever then told me it had been taken care of but had no idea when it will be in. GREAT!! Its only my engagement ring!!! Not cool. Buyers Beware! Pros: Its wholesale pricing Cons: you end up wishing you'd paid more just to be treated like a human being more
