Let me tell you, I have lived here going on 2 1/2 years. I will be so glad when my lease is up in October so I can move out! First of all, they did have a manager named Kelly that was there. Well, she didn't do anything so now they have a new manager named Veronica. She seems like she is about the same as Kelly. We have a HUGE problem with insects!! We have told the managers numerous times about this,and they say there is NOTHING they can do about it! We also have a problem with the water. They also raised the amount on the water. That honestly wasn't a big deal until next thing we know, the water is constantly being cut off! As of right now, I do not have ANY hot water at all! And mind you, they don't even send us a notice saying it will be cut off at all! We just wake up and it's off! So why pay more when we are getting much of NOTHING! My dishwasher is broke, and no one has cared to fix that...nor the door in my son's room...or the rod in my closet! We are looking for another place to live...and I can not wait until that day comes that I am out of these apartments!
Pros: it is located around a lot of nice stores and restaurants
Cons: horrible place to live
