We have used Genesis for many years. At the beginning, the owner cared about his work and making sure his customers were satisfied. The last couple of years., we very rarely saw the owner. His crew would come for the monthly maintenance and stay 10 to 15 minutes at tops (coming 1, at most a 2nd time a month). (weeds were not being maintained, bushes not trimmed and many things were not getting done). We kept hoping it would turn around and it never did. Finally in August we said enough!
Cons: You do not get the service that is expected!
