This weekend my family and I had a horrible experience here. Half way through our meal, we noticed that we had been charged for drinks when we had specifically asked if they were included in the buffet. The 15-year old night manager said he was TRAINED to ring up drinks for all customers even though we had not asked for them. He refused to refund our money, or even give us the name and number of the owner so that we could take the issue up with him. Then other teenage employees got involved with the issue, and one of them personally insulted my mother and my entire family. Not only that, but they ended up locking customers inside the business against their will for about 5-10 minutes. This was almost 10pm. Shouldn't there be an ADULT present at this time? I will never go there again, and I discourage anyone else from going there.
