I can't speak for the other reviews, but when my Panasonic Plasma broke down (awful green noise after 4-5 hours), I really didn't have a choice for a repair shop as Panasonic only licenses certain shops. Still A to Z handled the repair well. They called me up to schedule an appointment (only a 2 hour window) and the guy was on time. First visit was just to look at the problem, a replacement DG board came in 2 days later. Their tech, Ed, was very courteous and followed up with me after the repair to ensure the TV was fixed. This was pain-free - which is more than I expected from a warranty repair.
