I moved into one of their properties and was told that all repairs would be done BEFORE I moved in. The first day in my new apartment, the front door wouldn't lock, the side panel to the jacuzzi fell off, the heat only blew out DIRT (I had to sweep around the vent everyday because so much dirt was blowing out).
Pros: beautiful, cozy apartment
Cons: HORRIBLE landlord, half done work
