Lack of insurance billing understanding. All staff for the exception of the optometrist are completely incompetent. The whole objective here is to rip the customer as much as humanely possible. Talking about whether you are meeting your monthly sales/profit goal and assuming everyone who walks through the door is a complete moron and treating people as such. If you are looking for an honest business, this is not it!
