I went to Eclips about a dozen times. I tried 2 stylists. On about 50% of those visits I had my hair blown dry by other stylists who were not busy. No one asked me, they just said, basically that they were running behind (I was on time) and that someone else needed to dry my hair. (My hair is short too.) When I questioned this the last time I was there, I was told that I should have asked for a longer appointment when I booked so I could ensure a good hair dry. I kid you not! The last person who dried my hair just started and really did a below average job. I had to redo at home. And boy do they push product. They have high product goals. I know this first hand since I heard a conversation about whose numbers were down. more
