April 2006:\r \r I took my BMW 328ci in for service thinking that I might be able to save a few bucks by going to a local service center as opposed to my regular visits to Irvine BMW and Crevier BMW in Santa Ana, boy was I wrong and what a big mistake.\r \r To make a long story short, the service agent at RM forgot to put my alternator pulley back on my vehicle causing it to snap the alternator belt and overheat my vehicle which resulted in a $2400.00 additional bill. After approaching them about this situation they claimed it wasn't their fault even though the pulley and belt snapped off after picking up the vehicle only 1/3 miles from their facility. Be cautious in dealing with this shady company. more
