Stay away from this shop. Here is my story \r

My car was tinted with the lifetime warranty on the tint. After few weeks, tint got scratch on its own, and i did not have time so went after few months for checking. Without checking, i was told to make an appointment and they was told that they will replace the tints. When i dropped my car off, the owner says somebody has scratched it and it's not under warranty. I tried to explain him nobody has scratched it, but he called me liar and did not want to discuss further saying ""case closed"". Very rude customer service and useless warranty. He also denied honoring bubbling problem on the back window too.\r
