I called ARS on Friday, September 21st to get my air conditioner repaired. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes describing the problem, giving them directions to my house, my phone number, etc. The woman I spoke with told me that I was going to have to speak to somebody else in the office to schedule an appointment but they were on the phone. She asked if they could give me a call back and confirmed my phone number but never called me back! Terrible customer service if you ask me.
