I've lived in Shadyside for five years and been to pretty much every salon at least once-- Roman at Capristo's is the best. No question. I have naturally curly hair that I straighten and Roman cuts it so it looks great either way, which is difficult. He's a lot of fun as well! He works very hard to make sure your cut/color is exactly what you are looking for. He'll walk through pictures of a ton of cuts and different colors to be sure you are on the same page. I recently moved about 20 minutes away but the travel time is worth knowing that I'm going to get exactly what I was thinking. Go to Roman!!
