I just moved to New York from Nashville with my girlfriend. After a few months of living in a tiny Park Slope apartment, we thought it may be time to move. So after scouring Craigslist for hours, we stumbled upon an Awaye Realty ad. We called them, were promptly set up with an agent and an appointment, and when we came in, we were presented with a catologue of dozens of apartments! They were all in great neighborhoods, and they all had something unique... like a patio, or a backyard. They even had an apartment resembling a log cabin! Anyway, their agent took us tirelessly from apartment to apartment until we found what we have now: a gorgeous loft in a former chocolate factory! we have floor-to-ceiling windows, 17 foot ceilings, a skylight, laundry, and a courtyard and we're just minutes from Manhattan in gorgeous Carroll Gardens!
