First off - I want to say what an excellent job I think Dr. Mentz did on my face and my body. My friends and family all are amazed at how natural and youthful I look. I am ever so thankful that I found him and it is because he is such an amazing person that he is an amazing doctor. Dr. Mentz has a gift in the way he makes people look, but more importantly how he makes people feel. The staff is great! I truly believe that his staff is one of the reasons that his practice is as successful as it is. My first encounter with Dr. Mentz's office was with Lupe. I was apprehensive during my initial consultation, but my fears were soon put to rest. Lupe is extremely knowledgeable about the type of surgery I had. I ended up having so much fun with the imaging. I have to say, the imaging is one of the reasons I chose him as my doctor. It was great to actually see what I was going to look like. Of course, I was realistic but I had no idea I would be this happy with my results. Lupe is a wonderful asset to the practice. The nurses are caring and easy to connect with. There seems to be a lot of happiness and laughter in the office. My calls were promptly returned and I was always reassured that I was going through was normal. I received excellent care while staying overnight in the surgical center. I was never left alone and felt like I was safe and in good hands. I can't say enough about the special attention and care I received from the overnight staff. They really took care of my every need and were by my side the whole night They asked me if I was in any pain often, fed me dinner, ice chips, and talked to me until I fell asleep. It was better than going to a spa!! I would recommend Dr. Mentz to anyone. Every single penny was well worth the comfort and the outcome of the surgery.
