That women above is incompetent. The reason they overcharged her is because she doesn't know what they are talking about when she gets something done. They probably did more work than she knows which is why her price was higher. I've working at multiple auto shops and we dont specifically overcharge women however why try to to fix all problems when a car is in the shop NOT JUST WHAT THEY CAME FOR. This shop gave me a better deal than my own shop that I work at could.\r
