I have a 3 pound Yorkie. The first time we brought here we were charged 45 dollars for a haircut and teeth cleaning. The second time we brought her there we were charge 75 dollars. We asked about the discrepancy and they said they were sorry, and it would never be more than 65 dollars again. I just picked her up and the price was 97.50. In a six month span the price had increased 100%. I called to ask about the discrepancy and was rudely told that the first time was a ""puppy price"" and they could go back and charge my account the full price. I had never previously been told about any puppy price, I was told that they couldn't in good conscience charge full price for a 3 pound dog. There are no prices on the website. I spoke to a manager who apologized for the rude treatment, and offered to take 35 dollars off the next grooming, but that won't do me any good because I am not going back.
