Mr LaVoie (Kevin) arrived on time, was very pleasant and got started right away. I had both my dryer vent and chimney cleaned. It was apparent the cleaning was done well and completely. I mean he even cleaned the ember screen. He also looks for any potiental problems and/or safety issues which in my case there were none. I feel I received value in his service and I will call him again. Oh! yea! He really dosen't have any binoculars. Do yourself a favor call Kevin. Thanks again Kevin.
