I had a charcoal suit I bought for $200 that I brought in to have dry cleaned. When I got it back, there were holes in the seat that were irreparable. Not linking it up to the dry cleaner, I continued to use this dry cleaner and brought in another $200 suit. When I got it back, it had 2 holes in the right leg that were irreparable. I'm going to try and get them to pay for the suit, but am not hopeful. Besides, do you really need to know the end of the story?\r

Additionally, I used this dry cleaner for stuff other than suits and was really never happy with the work. The shirts would come back with a smudge. I was charged once for repair to pants that they never did. Tell you the truth, I have no idea why I used these people so long. I was too lazy to find someone else, now I'm paying for it. \r

Also, they always acted as though they had never seen me before in their life. Not exactly your friendly neighborhood merchant.
Pros: Really none to mention.
Cons: Bad quality cleaning, forget alterations, no drive thru, high prices...
