I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back after 4 failed attempts to install/fix me satelite that worked fine until Covington sent someone out to install my new HD boxes.\r

They have failed to call as asked prior to appointments so I could meet them, I live less than 5 minutes from work, and didn't want to have to sit at home, but they just showed up and hung a tag on my door. \r

Then I called them to see what happened and they told me Dish gave them the wrong number... But they had already been to my house, and called before...hmmm...\r

So I tried to set another appt and was told to call Dish to set the appt, she could not do it, even though the sheet they gave me for ""Warranty"" has their number on it.\r
\r
Also I found out I am paying $29,99 each time I set an appt with them for service, even though it never worked correctly after they installed it. I specifically asked dish to send another company to fix it, but they scheduled covington again.\r

When they called to confirm my 8am - 12noon appt, she told me it was not an am appt it was an evening. I explained that it was morning, and had an important appt that afternoon that could not be moved. She saw THEIR MISTAKE and corrected it.\r

At 11:45 am, I called the office to see when the tech would be there, and again she told me I had an evening appt. I again told her that we already talked about this, and it was wrong, again she said, ""it is our mistake"" but I can't get anyone there until 1:30pm at the earliest. ""I will TRY to get him there soon...""\r

I said that was not good, and got a supervisor on the phone who said the same thing. My husband talked to him, he told him to check a few things and if that didn't work, we could re-schedule.\r
\r
So we tried it, seemed to work until you turned the TV off. So another call to Covington, they can't get anyone to come out for 3 more days! All their mistakes, and I have to take another day off work and wait 3 more days!\r

AVOID COVINGTON!
