I'm a Los Angeles-based sushi aficionado (Tama, Mori, Hide, R-23 and Nishimura are my faves), and I want to set the right expectation: Kaizen in Las Vegas is not about zen-sushi for the purist, it's about those who like to gamble, party, hang out with friends and eat good food at 3:00 in the morning after losing your shirt at the Hard Rock casino next door!
