Back in the days, I had heard great things about this place...so when I finally went there for dinner, I was very disappointed. The owners (and presumably the chef) have changed, ending the golden era of this restaurant. The chicken tikka masala tasted like something between creamy tomato basil soup and ketchup. The chicken was over cooked and too salty. The Saag paneer was bland. Even the naan bread was below-par. I normally wipe the plate clean when I go out for Indian food, but this time, there was plenty of food left over, and I didn't take any home in a doggy bag. I was so disappointed! I think the new owners should change the name of the restaurant so that diners like me will not get it confused with the old, great Ashiana restaurant.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: poor food
