If you want to enjoy the true Gino's you must not look for mainstream and you really should try to find a way to be ""in the know"" in order to enjoy the extraordinary underground greatness that the kitchen has to offer. Certain evenings offer specials that will delight, as they are suited for the season and selected for the ingredients that are available. There are often special wines available that are perfectly paired to the dish - if you know to ask for them. Order the large mixed greens for a salad that is simply to-die-for with fresh local grilled veggies on top (although the ceaser is praised by ordinary diners, the mixed greens is the real deal for those in the know). I can't account for the cry-babies on previous posts but I've been eating at Gino's for 8-years and can't find anything to compain about. If you don't like Gino's, go back to Olive Garden or take something out of your freezer and put it in the microwave oven! Pros: Staff, Food, Neighborhood, Salad, Wine Selection, etc. Cons: If you have to ask you wouldn't understand more
