Brides, whatever you do DO NOT use this bridal salon. I had a really hard time finding a dress I loved and when I finally found it at Bridal Bliss I was so excited. It took six months of trying on dresses to find this one. I order my dress in April for my October wedding and everything was great. My dress came in and i had them ship it to me because I just recently moved to Texas. DISASTER struck! I recieved my dress in the mail, opened the box to find the WRONG DRESS. I called the next day in panic and hoped that they had just sent the wrong dress. They, for some reason, started describing the dress they had sent me insisting it was the one I ordered. I told them that I had never even tried the dress on. I explained the one I ordered and they had no idea what I was talking about. Luckily I had taken pictures in the dress so that I could e-mail them to show them what dress I was suppose to have. They don't have e-mail so I had to send the pictures to a UPS store for them to pick up. They told me that they wrote the style number down wrong and ordered the wrong dress. They said there was no way to get the dress I ordered in time. They had me in tears. All the owner could say was that this has never happened in twenty years. He did not care or understand that he ruined my wedding day and that it was a once in a life time thing and that the dress is one of the biggest things. He was not genuine and had nothing to offer to fix the situation. He had an attitude and was rude. DO NOT go to this salon for your wedding dress. My wedding is now 3 weeks away and I am having to start wedding dress shopping all over again. It is too late for any shop to order a dress so I have to get a sample that they have on the floor, which are all too big and most are dirty and damaged. This is all thanks to the incompentency at Bridal Bliss.

Cons: they ordered the wrong dress, rude, did not care and had no solution to rectify the situation.
