The food is great and the wait stuff really hussles, but the owner will not seat a 2 or 3 person party no matter how long you've been waiting if larger parties come in after you. He puts 2 small tables together to make a 4 top, so why he seats a 4 top ahead of 2 two tops is inexcusable. We've never had such a terrible experience at a restaurant, waiting an hour and 20 minutes when our wait should have only been a 1/2 hour tops. It was so blantantly wrong what he was doing with the wait list. At one point a staff member even turned the waiting list face down so people waiting couldn't look at it. I suggest telling them you have a party of 4 and when they seat you and see only 2 people, tell them the others will be there in a few minutes - that's how long the owner tells you you will be waiting, as the minutes become an hour plus. \r
It will also help you getting a table if you are of Indian ethnicity as the owner seated 4 different tables of walkins, including a 2 top, ahead of us though they showed up after we and most everyone else had already been waiting 30 minutes plus. They had no reservations, just the right skin color. We couldn't believe it... inexcusable.
