The physicians are great and the Quest representatives are too, however billing appears to be outsourced to a company that doesn't actually submit claims to insurance. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone to resolve such issues. The MA's and desk assistants are less than pleasant. I've worked in may physician offices and this has substandard service quality and help. Save yourself a huge headache and look elsewhere
